Grapes variety: Greco Bianco (100%). Production technique: fermentation by the Charmat process in stainless steel autoclaves followed by a sur lie refinement.
Characteristics: crystalline straw yellow, it displays an intense and persistent aroma with scents of banana, tropical fruit and bread crust at the end. The taste is delicate and fresh with a long persistence.
Suggestions: excellent with fish courses, fruit tarts and dry pastries. If it is served cold, it will be a very good aperitif. Ideal serving temperature: 12°C (55°F)
