Grapes variety: Pecorello.
Alcohol: 13% by vol. Production technique: manual harvest in early September, cold settling, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, aging in stainless until the end of January.
Characteristics: bright straw in color, complex, Mediterranean and elegant on the nose, with notes of citrus, yellow-fleshed fruit and mineral tones. The palate is vibrant, balanced and persistent.
Suggestions: perfect with fish dishes of Mediterranean cuisine. Ideal serving temperature: 12° C (55° F).
