The Pecorino Casearia Crotonese paste is white or straw yellow in color with a compact structure, the characteristic taste has a delicate and harmonious aroma in the fresh, savory and relatively spicy in the seasoned. During maturing, the product is "capped" with extra virgin olive oil which, creating a yellowish rind, indicates that it has matured. Ingredients: SHEEP MILK, rennet and salt.
