It is vinified through a traditional fermentation with maceration for 8-12 days, racking and soft pressing. The aging is done in French oak barriques for a period of 6 months. Refinement lasts for 2 months in the bottle at a controlled temperature. It is usually consumed accompanying courses of red meats and aged cheeses.
