The vinification and aging techniques, while respecting the ancient traditions of CIRÒ, have been studied to offer the consumer a decidedly more original wine, both as regards the taste, but above all for the aromas that are more spicy, composite and lasting. The wine is aged in small ALLIER oak barrels. Suitable with cold cuts, roasts, braised meats and game, it should be served at room temperature.
